摘要
汽车前轮外倾角与前束值匹配关系对车辆轮胎磨损及高速直线行驶稳定性有很大影响。在直线行驶过程中路面激励使得车轮相对于车身上下跳动,前轮的前束和外倾必然会随着车轮跳动而发生变化。文章通过前束角和外倾角的几何关系,采用Adams/car分析前轮跳动对前束和外倾的变化,对悬架结构进行了调整,使得车轮跳动时外倾角与前束角得到合理的匹配。
The matching relationship between the camber and the toe has a great influence on the wear of the vehicle tires and the stability of high-speed straight-line driving. In the process of straight driving, the road surface encourages the wheel to move up and down with respect to the vehicle body. The toe and the camber of the front wheel inevitably change as the wheel jumping. Based on the geometric relationship between the toe and camber, this paper uses Adams/car to analyze the changes of the toe and camber of the front jumping and adjust the suspension structure so that the camber and toe are reasonable matching when the wheel is jumping.
