摘要
随着发动机功率扭矩的不断提高,同时伴随整车轻量化设计的不断推进,MT车辆在大负载起步时容易发生传动系半联动异响问题。文章针对其中某车型调教过程中发生的传动系异响,进行了建模和仿真计算,通过计算和试验确认传动系的共振和模型的有效性,最后根据模型进行离合器匹配选型,并进行了实车对比验证。结果表明,新方案离合器能够有效抑制异响的发生,利用仿真分析可以在设计初期避免共振问题,对于传动系统NVH的控制具有重要意义。
With the continuous improvement of the engine torque, and with the continuous improvement of the lightweight design of the vehicle, the MT ones are prone to NVH problems when starts on the hill. Based on some models set-up during the transmission of sound, has carried on the modeling and simulation, through calculation and experiment confirm the validity of resonance and the model of driveline, according to the model clutch matching selection, and has carried on the real vehicle verification. The results show that the new scheme clutch can effectively suppress the occurrence of the abnormal noise, and the simulation analysis can avoid the resonance problem at the beginning of the design, which is of great significance to the control of the transmission system NVH.
