Basic treatment for concave and convex surface of automobile appearance sheet metal parts

汽车外观件在冲压生产中最难处理的就是外观问题,其中外观的凹凸又占了80%以上,笔者结合现场工作的经验,从以下几个方面对外观凹凸问题进行了分析探讨。(1)外观凹凸的检查方法;(2)生产中外观凹凸原因分析及临时对策;(3)一般常见外观凹凸问题原因分析及对策。

The most difficult thing to deal with in the stamping production is the appearance problem, in which the appea-rance of the concave and convex is more than 80%. The author analyzes and discusses the appearance of the concave and convex problems in the following aspects in the light of the experience of the field work. 1, the appearance of concave and convex inspection methods; 2, production in the concave convex cause analysis and temporary countermeasures; 3, common common appearance concave convex problem analysis and countermeasures.
