摘要
为提高电动汽车用锂离子动力电池单体间的一致性及其能量利用率,需对电池单体或在模组间进行电量均衡。在研究动力电池组主动均衡策略的基础上,对均衡系统进行仿真建模,得到了动力电池电量、均衡时间与反激式直流转换器通断间的关系,并根据仿真分析结果搭建试验平台进行验证。验证结果表明,设计开发的动力电池均衡管理系统可实时检测电池单体的情况,并实现可编程式电池能量主动均衡,具有良好的均衡效果。
To improve the consistency of lithium battery cells of electric vehicle and increase the utilization rate of battery energy, battery energy needs to be balanced in battery cells and module. Based on the research of active balance strategy for power battery pack, a simulation model of battery balance system was constructed, and the relationship between the battery energy, balance time and Flyback DC converter was obtained, an experiment platform was set up according to result of simulation analysis to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the program. Verification shows that the designed power battery balance management system can real-time monitor the battery cell and achieve the programmable active balance for the battery energy, and good balance effect can be achieved.
