摘要
发动机可变配气相位技术对于提高发动机功率、降低油耗、改善汽车尾气排放都有着十分重要的影响。通过对发动机可变配气相位的工作机构进行了原理分析,对配气相位中,对发动机性能影响较大的各种可变因素进行了梳理,结合目前汽车发动机的发展态势,得出结论,基于凸轮轴调相原理是未来汽车发动机可变配气相技术重点发展方向。
Variable valve timing technology plays an important role in improving engine power, reducing fuel consumption and improving vehicle exhaust emissions. Through the principle analysis of the working mechanism of the engine variable gas phase, various variable factors which have great influence on the performance of the engine are combed, and the conclusion is drawn according to the development trend of the motor vehicle engine. Based on the principle of camshaft phase modulation, the key development direction of variable valve timing technology for automotive engines is the future.
