摘要
以C8051F320单片机为核心,配合外围电路,设计了综合实验平台。通过A/D转换测量RC电路充放电时间常数,将采集的数据通过RS232接口发送给计算机,利用VB6.0在计算机上编程,将收到的数据显示并画图,最后进行实验数据的误差分析。该实验平台上的实验过程结合了自动控制原理、单片机原理与接口技术、通信原理、计算机程序设计以及误差分析等课程相关内容,解决了学生综合实验难以结合多门课程的难题。实验结果表明,该实验误差较小,均小于0.5%,实验重复性较好,适合作为学生综合实验内容。
With the C8051 F320 SCM as the core and in coordination with the peripheral circuit,a comprehensive experimental platform is designed.The charging and discharging time constants of the RC circuit is measured by the A/D transformation,the collected data are sent to the computer through RS232 interface,the programming is carried out on a computer by using VB6.0,the received data is displayed and drawn,and the error analysis of the experimental data is conducted.The experimental process at this experimental platform combines together the related content such as the automatic control principle,SCM principle and interface technology,communication principle,computer program design,error analysis,etc.,which solves the problem that students' comprehensive experiment is difficult to combine with many courses.The experimental results show that the experimental error is small,which is less than 0.5%,and the experimental repeatability is good,which is suitable for students' comprehensive experimental content.
