摘要
开发了控制类多学科融合虚拟仿真实验教学系统。将虚拟仿真技术和互联网技术应用到控制系统设计、控制系统网络构建、机器人控制和智能制造等实践教学中。在该系统下构建了过程控制系统虚拟实验、DCS网络虚拟实验以及工业机器人控制系统等实验内容,构建了统一的管理与共享平台。该系统覆盖过程控制、运动控制等自动化核心课程,涉及控制网络、机器人技术、智能制造等科技前沿,为新工科背景下电气信息类专业教育教学改革探索奠定基础。
A virtual simulation experimental teaching system for the multidisciplinary integration of the control majors is developed.The virtual simulation technology and Internet technology are applied to the practical teaching of the control system design,control system network construction,robot control,intelligent manufacturing,etc.Under this system,the content for the virtual experiment of the process control system,DCS network virtual experiment,construction of the industrial robot control system,etc.,is established,and a unified platform for management and sharing is set up.The system covers the automation core courses such as Process Control,Motion Control,etc.,and involves scientific and technological frontiers such as the control network,robotics,intelligent manufacturing,which lays the foundation for the exploration of education and teaching reform for the electrical and information majors under the background of the new engineering.
