摘要
法律诊所教学应以法律援助为根基,将法律援助纳入法律诊所教学是促进法律诊所教学发展的决定因素。教师是推动法律诊所教学发展的动力和保障,建立教师激励制度是法律诊所教学发展的基本条件。法律诊所教学突破困境寻求发展的路径是校外法律援助和校内教师激励制度的结合,二者不可或缺。
Legal clinic teaching should take the legal aid as the foundation and incorporate the legal aid into legal clinic teaching,which is the decisive factor to promote the development of such teaching.Teachers are the driving force and guarantee to promote such development.Establishing a teacher's incentive system is the basic condition for the development of such teaching.The path for the breakthrough of legal clinic teaching is the combination of the off-campus legal aid and intra-university teacher incentive system,and the two are both indispensable.
