摘要
为提高高校教学型专业实验室在创新人才培养中的教学成效,以光纤通信技术与应用实验室建设和实践教学改革为研究对象,阐述了实验室建设背景及存在的问题,提出了以"产、学、研、教、赛"五位一体推进多功能实验室建设的模式,在实验室建设的实施路径方面进行了实践探索研究,实现了实践教学资源的优化配置,提高了实践教学效益。
In order to improve the teaching efficiency of the university teaching-type professional laboratory in the training of innovative talents,and by taking the construction of the Optical Fiber Communication Technology and Application Laboratory and practical teaching reform as the research object,this paper expounds upon the background and existing problems of the laboratory construction,and puts forward the mode of promoting the construction of the five-in-one multi-functional laboratory with the"Industry,learning,research,teaching and competition."The practical research on the path of the laboratory construction is carried out,the optimal allocation of practical teaching resources is realized,and the practical teaching efficiency is improved.
