摘要
本研究采用薄层色谱(TLC)法分别对儿童抗病毒颗粒中的大青叶、黄芩、柴胡进行定性鉴别,并运用高效液相法测定大青叶中靛玉红的含量,从而建立儿童抗病毒颗粒的质量标准控制方法。通过TLC法能够清晰地显示出大青叶、柴胡和黄芩的特征斑点,且阴性对照无干扰;靛玉红在0.806μg/mL^12.264μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.07%,RSD值为0.90%。本方法结果准确可信,操作简单可行,为儿童抗病毒颗粒的质量控制提供了理论基础。
In this study,thin-layer chromatography(TLC) was used to identify Folium isatidis,Astragalus membranaceus and Radix Bupleuri in children antiviral particles qualitatively,and the content of indirubin in Daqingye was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). To establish a standard quality control method for children’s antiviral particles. The characteristic spots of Daqingye,Bupleurum chinense and Astragalus membranaceus were clearly shown by TLC method,and the negative control had no interference;Indirubin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.806μg/mL^12.264μg/mL,and the average recovery rate was 100.07% and the RSD is 0.90%. The method is accurate and credible,and the operation is simple and feasible. It provides a theoretical basis for the quality control of children antiviral particles.
