摘要
基于IEC61400-11风力发电机组噪声测试标准,应用NI硬件和Lab View软件搭建噪声测试系统,对某3.0MW风力发电机组叶片加装锯齿降噪结构前后的噪声辐射值进行现场测试,通过对比4 m/s^8 m/s风速区间的测点噪声值和1/3倍频程频谱数据,研究锯齿结构在大型风力发电机组叶片上的应用效果。研究结果表明,在叶片上安装锯齿降噪结构可显著降低机组在5 m/s^6 m/s风速区间运行时的噪声,对高风速区间内的低频段噪声也有明显降噪效果。
Based on the noise test standard for the wind turbine generator system of IEC61400-11, noise test system is built by NI hardware and Lab View software. The field tests on acoustic emission values of the blades of a 3.0 MW wind turbine generator system before and after adding the serrated noise reduction structure are conducted respectively. By comparing the noise values at the measurement points in the 4 m/s-8 m/s wind speed range with the 1/3 octave spectrum data, the effect of the serrated structure applied to the blades of the large wind turbine generator system is studied. The result shows that installing serrated structures on the blades can significantly reduce the noise when the wind turbine is operating in5 m/s-6 m/s wind speed range, and also has obvious noise reduction effect for low frequency noise in high wind speed range.
