利用电石渣处理乙炔清净废硫酸的技术研究

摘要 介绍中和法处理乙炔清净废硫酸工艺,利用电石渣对废硫酸进行中和处理,制得的石膏掺混到大量过剩的电石渣中用于生产合格的水泥。阐述废硫酸处理装置主要设备及操作注意事项,并初步对装置进行技术经济分析,得出采用中和法处理乙炔装置副产废硫酸是企业解决环保问题的有效途径,能够产生较好的经济效益和社会效益,具有一定的推广应用价值。 This paper describes the neutralization process for the treatment of acetylene clean waste sulfuric acid, to use calcium carbide slag to neutralize the waste sulfuric acid,the resulting gypsum blended into a large surplus of calcium carbide slag for the production of qualified cement. This paper explains the main equipment and operation precautions of the waste sulfuric acid treatment unit, and conducts preliminary technical and economic analysis of the unit,and concludes that the use of the neutralization process to treat the by-product sulfuric acid produced by the acetylene plant is an effective way for the company to solve environmental problems. It can produce better economic and social benefits,and has certain value for promotion and application.
