摘要
国内丙烯腈装置中通常采用焚烧技术(AOGI)进行尾气处理,处理后的高温尾气直接排放损失大量热量,如何提高AOGI单元的能源利用率是目前丙烯腈行业关注的重点。本文利用流程模拟软件PROII对丙烯氨氧化法工艺中国内现有AOGI工段能源回收利用进行模拟优化,对现有流程存在问题进行分析,提出通过降低烟气排出温度、提高AOG尾气温度以充分利用烟气热量。优化后,AOG单元能源利用率可提高20.6%。具有更好的节能效果。
The domestic acrylonitrile plant usually uses incineration technology( AOGI) for tail gas treatment,and the high-temperature exhaust gas after treatment is directly discharged to lose large amounts of heat. How to improve the energy efficiency of the AOGI unit is the focus of the current acrylonitrile industry. In this paper,process simulation software PROII is used to simulate and optimize the energy recovery and utilization of the existing AOGI section based on the propylene ammoxidation process,and the existing problems in the process are analyzed. It is proposed to fully utilize the flue gas heat by lowering the flue gas exhaust temperature and increasing the temperature of AOG exhaust gas. After optimization,the AOG unit energy efficiency can be increased by 20. 6%,which has a better energy-saving effect.
