管道压力试验可以有效地检测焊口、母材缺陷、法兰强度及严密性等性能,是管道施工非常重要的一个质量控制环节。以高压加氢管线试压为例,分析介绍高压管线试压系统的划分,关键点的处理以及试压流程。
The piping pressure test can effectively detect the performance of welds,base metal defects,flange strength and tightness,and is a very important quality control link for piping construction. Taking the pressure test of high-pressure hydrogenation piping as an example,this paper analyzes and describes the division of high pressure piping pressure test systems,the treatment of key points and the test pressure process.
