高炉TRT无刷励磁发电机旋转二极管在运行中烧坏4只,被迫停机。而库存备件只有同型号的二极管各一只,采用由6只旋转二极管组成的三相桥式整流变更为4只旋转整流二极管组成的单相桥式整流电路,合理调整励磁电压,在3 h内把故障处理完毕投入运行,避免了日发电量15万k W·h的重大损失。
The blast furnace TRT unit had to shutdown due to four rotating diodes of the brushless excitation generator burnt. As there were only one such diode for each type in the spare parts storage, the three-phase bridge rectifier composed of six rotating diodes was changed to single-phase bridge rectifier composed of four rotating diodes to rationally adjust the excitation voltage, which successfully treated the failure in three hours and avoided a big loss of 150 000 k W·h of daily power generation.
