摘要
从带压开孔技术的优势入题,简略介绍了该技术的引进、发展与现状。针对钢铁企业煤气管道的易燃、易爆、有毒、大口径、低压薄壁的特点,阐述了此类管道带压开孔的注意事项与措施步骤。结合前后两次带压开孔的实践,找出了前者卡刀的原因,制定了处理与预防措施,并在后者实践中得以验证。
The development and current situation of hot tapping technology is briefly introduced starting with advantages of the technology. According to the characteristics of gas piping in steel plants, such as flammable, explosive, poisonous, large diameter low pressure and thin wall, related attention appoints and countermeasures are discussed. Based on two previous practices of hot tapping, the causes of knife jamming were found out and treatment and preventive measures were drawn up, which has been verified in afterward practice.
