Transformation of Back-blow Bag Filter to Adapt to New National Standard at Baosteel

介绍了针对宝钢现有风机反吹布袋除尘器为适应新国标的若干改造方案,从反吹形式、过滤风速、现场操作等多方面做了梳理,为在有限场地条件内改造布袋除尘器,使其排放浓度适应新国标提供了一些切实可行的思路。

In this paper, the transformation programs of existing back-blow bag filters of Baosteel for new national standard are introduced. The back-blow mode, filtering velocity and field operation are discussed, to provide some practical approaches for transformation of existing filters in limited place to adapt to new national standard of emission concentration.
