摘要
随着钢铁业产品品质的不断提升和各种特殊钢材的研发应用,在炼钢及轧制环节中氮气作为纯净气体和保护气体使用越来越广泛。此外,国家对环保要求越来越严,为控制高炉和加热炉等烟气排放、煤仓扬尘等,都安装了除尘设施,这些设备设施的反吹气源都需要使用氮气。氮气用户和氮气用量不断增加,缺口较大时不得不采用多开空分满足氮气需求,造成氧气大量放散,浪费能源。通过对酒钢KDON21000型3#空分进行工艺优化升级改造,增加氮气产量降低氧气放散,解决公司氧气、氮气用量不平衡问题。
With the continuous improvement of product quality in the steel industry and the development of various special steels, nitrogen is more and more widely used as a pure gas and protective gas in steelmaking and rolling processes. In addition, as the state has put increasingly stringent requirements on environmental protection, dust removal facilities have been installed to control the emission of fumes from blast furnaces and furnaces and dust from the coal bunkers, etc., which need nitrogen for the back-flushing.With nitrogen users and nitrogen consumption continuously increase, more open air separation have to be used to meet the nitrogen demand when the gap is large, resulting in a large amount of oxygen bleeding and a waste of energy. JISCO's No.3 KDON21000 air separator was process optimized and upgraded to increase nitrogen production and reduce oxygen release, which has solved the imbalance problem between oxygen and nitrogen consumption.
