摘要 首钢京唐公司2×300 MW锅炉固定式暖风器,在非冬季期间依然留在风道内,产生阻力,增加电耗。通过技术改造,将暖风器改造成密闭型抽拉式暖风器,蒸汽进口与凝结水出口均采用独具特色的可拆卸法兰连接,具有良好密封效果且拆装方便。可在不停机的情况下实现抽出和拉入,灵活切换。在非冬季时,可抽离风道,减少一次风阻力。解决了一次风阻力和增加厂用电耗的问题,实现了节能降耗的目的。 The fixed type air heater for ShouGang’ s 2×300 MW boiler used to remainin the air duct in non-winter seasons, which increased resistance and power consumption.Through technical transformation, the heater was transformed into sealed pull-out air heater,with both the steam inlet and condensate outlet connected with detachable flanges, which notonly has good sealing effect but is also convenient to assemble and disassemble. Extractionand pull-in can be carried out without system shutdown, achieving flexible switchover. Innon-winter seasons, the air heater can be removed from air duct to reduce wind resistance,which reduces primary air resistance and power consumption rate and saves energy.
