摘要
首先通过对湛江钢铁煤气精制系统进行介绍,针对焦炉煤气鼓风机在运行中出现的问题进行原因分析,提出了改造方案并对改造方案进行试验,最后进行煤气鼓风机改造。改造后煤气鼓风机运行状态良好,满足生产要求。
The gas refining system of Zhanjiang Steel is introduced, the causes of problems occurring in operation of the COG blower are analyzed and a transformation program is put forward and tested. Finally the COG blower was transformed, after which the blower has been perfectly operating to meet production demand.
