A Method for Online Cleaning of Pipe Filters

管道过滤器作为净浊循环中一种有效去除杂质和固体悬浮物的过滤设备,已在工业水系统中普及。然而,长时间的不间断运转使得过滤效果趋于弱化,即便是加强反洗频度仍无法使水质达到工艺初设要求,唯有采取在每月一次定修日开盖彻底清洗的方式。针对该现象,提出一种能够实现在线清洗管道过滤器的方法,改善设备内部堵塞现象,提高出水水质。同时,在生产方检修间隔延长一倍的情况下,达到不影响正常生产的目标。

As an effective filtering device to remove impurities and suspended substances in clean and turbid circulating water, pipe filter has been widely used in industrial water systems. Long-term continuous running the filters, however, weakens filtering effect and even increasing back washing frequency still cannot make the water satisfying initial requirement, to which the only solution is to carry out thorough cover-open cleanup at monthly maintenance days. To solve this problem, an online cleaning method for pipe filters was put forward to reduce the internal clogging of filters and improve outlet water quality. Using this method the maintenance cycle can be doubled without affecting normal production.
