为了满足热轧精整线对产品质量控制的需要,需要一种将主轧线表检数据应用到平整线上的方法,实现平整线对上线钢卷缺陷数据和图片的自动预警和预览功能,有助于缺陷的早期发现以减少客户投诉。

In order to satisfy the quality control requirement of the hot rolling finishing line, a method to apply the data shown on inspecting meters at the main rolling line into the tempering mill is needed, to achieve automatic pre-warning and preview of the defect data and images of incoming coils at the tempering line, which is helpful for early defect detection and reduction of customer complaints through quality improvement.
