摘要
以跨境电商平台为背景,探讨顾客忠诚度影响因素,确定影响跨境电商顾客忠诚度的关键因素。以文献分析为基础,建立研究模型并进行调查问卷。通过分析处理数据,并对模型进行构建与修正,得出影响跨境电商顾客忠诚度的关键因素是物流和平台技术。
Based on the cross-border E-commerce platform,this paper discusses the influencing factors of customer loyalty and determines the key factors influencing customer loyalty of cross-border E-commerce.Based on the literature analysis,the research model was established and the questionnaire was conducted.Through the data analysis and processing,and to build and modify the model,we concluded that logistics and platform technology are the key factors influencing customer loyalty of cross-border E-commerce.
