基于“双创”人才培养的对分课堂混合教学研究

Study on the Blending PAD Class based on IE Talents Cultivation

在"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,高校的人才培养模式存在着诸多问题,通过引入对分课堂、混合式教学以及分层教学等相关理论,设计了适合高校"双创"人才培养的教学模式,促进学生能够学有所得,提升"双创"人才培养质量。

There are many shortcomings of the innovative and entrepreneurial（IE for short）talent cultivation of universities under the macro-circumstance of＂Massive innovation and entrepreneurship＂.By utilizing the relevant theories of layered teaching,blending teaching and PAD class,an integrated teaching method of IE talent cultivation is developed to improve the quality of IE talent cultivation,and to facilitate students＇ actual rewarded learning.
