护理本科生心理资本在儿童期创伤与述情障碍关系中的中介作用

Mediating effect of psychological capital between childhood trauma and alexithymia in nursing students

目的:探讨儿童期创伤、心理资本与述情障碍的关系。方法:选取300名护理本科生,采用儿童期创伤问卷简化版(CTQ-SF)、青少年心理资本问卷(PCQAS)、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)及一般人口学问卷分别测量被试的儿童期创伤、心理资本、述情障碍和一般人口学变量。结果:CTQ-SF总分与TAS-20总分及各维度得分之间均呈正相关(r=0.16~0.24,P<0.01,P<0.001),PCQAS总分与TAS-20总分及各维度得分之间均呈负相关(r=-0.25^-0.43,均P<0.001),CTQ-SF总分与PCQAS总分之间呈负相关(r=-0.28,P<0.001)。结构方程模型分析显示,儿童期创伤负向预测心理资本(β=-0.35,P<0.01);心理资本负向预测述情障碍(β=-0.45,P<0.01),心理资本在儿童期创伤与述情障碍之间起完全中介作用,且心理资本的中介效应值为0.16,占总效应的53.33%。结论:儿童期创伤既可以直接预测述情障碍,也可通过心理资本对其产生间接预测作用。

Objective： To examine the relationships among childhood trauma,psychological capital and alexithymia. Methods： Totally 300 university nursing students were selected.They were assessed with the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form （CTQ-SF）,Psychological Capital Questionnaire for Adolescent Students scale （PCQAS）,20-Item Toronto Alexithymia Scale （TAS-20）,and Socio-demographic Questionnaire to evaluate the childhood traumas,psychological capital,alexithymia and socio-demographic variables. Results： The CTQ-SF total scores were positively correlated with TAS-20 total scores and its subscale scores （ r =0.16-0.24, Ps 〈0.01）.The PCQAS total scores were negatively correlated with TAS-20 total scores and its subscale scores （ r =-0.25^-0.43, Ps 〈0.001）.The CTQ-SF total scores were negatively correlated with PCQAS total scores （ r =-0.28, P 〈0.001）.Structural equation model analysis showed that childhood trauma negatively predicted psychological capital （ β =-0.35, P 〈0.01）,and psychological capital negatively predicted alexithymia （ β =-0.45, P 〈0.01）. Psychological capital fully mediated the relationship between childhood trauma and alexithymia.Moreover,the mediating effect size of psychological capital was 0.16,and its mediating effect accounted for 53.33%. Conclusion： It suggests that childhood trauma could predict alexithymia directly,and predict it indirectly through psychological capital.
