坑口立交钢栈桥在西湾露天煤矿的应用

摘要 为解决西湾露天煤矿坑口东帮220 t和30~70 t级自卸卡车交叉问题,对露天矿运输系统进行优化设计,取消原红绿灯控制系统,修建坑口分离式立交钢栈桥,应用露天开采技术和公路与桥梁理论,不仅避免了大小车交叉通行,有效解决了作业效率低、人工成本高等问题,同时也满足了生产要求,减少东帮出入沟的车流密度,确保安全高效生产。 In order to solve the cross problem of 220 t and 30 ~ 70 t dump trucks in the eastern slope of Xiwan Open-pit Mine,the mine optimizes and designs the transportation system, cancels the control system of original red and green light, builds the pit separation type interchange steel trestle. The open-pit mining technology and the road and bridge theory are applied to avoid the crossing traffic of the cars and effectively solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor cost. At the same time, it also meets the production requirements, reduces the traffic density of the east slope entrance and exit, ensures the safe and efficient production.
