摘要
为研究北京地区大型商业综合体夏季室内热舒适情况,选取该地区两栋典型大型商业综合体,进行了客观热环境与主观热感受的调查,并通过数据拟合和回归分析,将实际热感觉与PM V理论模型预测的结果进行了对比。结果表明,夏季室内实际中性温度比预测中性温度高1.3℃,且实际可接受温度范围比预测范围大。总体来说,北京地区大型商业综合体夏季室内人员对热环境的要求比预测结果低,因此可以适当提高室内温度,在满足室内人员热舒适要求的基础上,挖掘其节能潜力。
In order to explore the indoor thermal comfort of the large commercial complex in Beijing,the objective thermal environment and subjective thermal sensation are investigated in two typical large commercial complexes. Through the data fitting and regression analysis,the actual thermal sensation and the prediction results of PMV theoretical model are compared. The results show that the actual neutral temperature is 1. 3 ℃ higher than the predicted neutral temperature in summer,and the actual acceptable temperature range is larger than the predicted range. G enerally,the requirements of thermal environment of the indoor occupants are lower than the predicted one in large commercial complex in Beijing in summer. As a result,the indoor temperature can be raised appropriately to meet the thermal comfort requirements as well as to exploit its energy-saving potential.
