the region of Central Asia has important strategic significant as one of the key areas of superpower games. The geopolitics value can be shown from the perspective of the Land Power theory. According to the Land Power theory,as the＂heartland＂of the＂world island＂,the center of Eurasia is the Key areas for land power countries to compete for. Nowadays,because the key factor of the rise of the country is no longer the labor force but the oil and gas resources needed by the industry. The key region of the＂heartland＂has changed from Eastern Europe to Central Asia. The geopolitical characteristics of Central Asia shaped the history and humanistic environment of the region and became the origin of the security issues. The security situation in Central Asia is related to the implementation of the＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂strategy of China and it is necessary to further research the security issues in Central Asia and protect the＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂strategy.
