抗炎通管汤对慢性输卵管炎大鼠IL-1β表达的影响

Effect of “Kangyan Tongguan Decoction” on IL-1β Expression in Rats with Chronic Salpingitis

探讨抗炎通管汤对慢性输卵管炎大鼠IL-1β表达的影响,为揭示抗炎通管汤治疗慢性输卵管炎奠定理论基础。将36只SD雌鼠随机分为6组,分别为正常对照组、模型组、金刚藤颗粒组、抗炎通管汤低剂量组、抗炎通管汤中剂量组和抗炎通管汤高剂量组,造模成功后给予药物干预,然后利用实时定量PCR和免疫印迹分析IL-1β表达变化。结果表明:抗炎通管汤能有效治疗慢性输卵管炎,且37.5g/kg为最佳剂量;实时定量PCR和免疫印迹结果显示,抗炎通管汤干预后,慢性输卵管炎小鼠输卵管组织中IL-1β表达显著降低。研究说明抗炎通管汤可以通过抑制促炎因子IL-1β表达参与慢性输卵管炎的治疗过程。

To investigate the effect of＂Kangyan Tongguan Decoction＂on IL-1β（Interleukin 1 beta）expression in rats with chronic salpingitis,and to lay a theoretical foundation for the treatment of chronic salpingitis.Methods：36 SD（Sprague Dawley）female rats were randomly divided into 6 groups：normal control group,model group,diamond group,＂Kangyan Tongguan Decoction＂low dose group,＂Kangyan Tongguan Decoction＂middle dose group and high dose group,after the success of the model to give drug intervention,and then use real-time quantitative PCR（Polymerase Chain Reaction）and immunoblot analysis of IL-1βexpression changes.Results：＂Kangyan Tongguan Decoction＂was effective in the treatment of chronic salpingitis and 37.5 g/kg was the best dose.Real-time quantitative PCR and immunoblotting showed that IL-1 was associated with anti-inflammatory tube-1βexpression was significantly decreased.Conclusion：＂Kangyan Tongguan Decoction＂is involved in the treatment of chronic salpingitis by inhibiting the expression of proinflammatory cytokine IL-1β.
