Research on pigging of high waxy crude oil pipeline

高含蜡原油外输管道在生产运行过程中,需定期进行清管作业,在作业过程中,常会遇到卡阻的情况。结合某油田某高含蜡原油外输管道清管工程实例,首先,简要介绍了工程概况。其次,较为详细介绍了初次通球方案实施的通球过程、卡堵原因分析及通球经验。其三,重点介绍了改进后通球方案的技术思路、通球前准备工作、第二次通球过程和通球经验。最后,总结指出:对处于生产运行中的高含蜡原油外输管道,需确定合理的清管周期;对具备分段通球条件的最好选择通球,并优先考虑从后级开始通球。

High waxy crude oil pipeline needs regular pigging during pipeline operation,and the pig blockage may occur sometimes.In this paper,the pigging operation of a certain high waxy crude oil pipeline is introduced. Pig blockage occured in first pigging operation and the blockage reason was analyzed. Then the improved pigging operation was successfully carried out. The technical thoughts,preparation work of pigging,pigging process and pigging experience are described. It is pointed out that the pigging period should be determined reasonably for high waxy crude oil pipeline; The sectional pigging is suitable for the pipeline possessing sectional pigging condition,and pigging starting backward from last pipeline section.
