Construction technology for replacement of fractionator in delayed coking equipment

炼化装置塔器设备具有高、重、大的特点。生产装置技改、检修作业工期较短,在区域、空间等方面受已有构筑物或设施的制约较大,且多工序密集及多专业交叉对关键作业路线的有序实施产生较大的影响。结合某炼油厂延迟焦化装置分馏塔拆换实例,首先简要介绍了工程概况,并对项目难点进行简要的分析,而后较为详细地论述了项目施工组织策划和塔器拆除、混凝土基础改造、新塔及附属结构设施安装等项目施工过程,最后对项目施工方案的实施过程进行了分析,并提出相应的改进措施。

The tower equipment in oil refining unit has the characteristics of being high,heavy and large. There are many restrictions such as shorter time periods of technical reformation and maintenance operations,limited construction area and space due to existing structures or facilities, many interactions of multiple procedures and specialties affecting orderly implementation of key operational path. By taking the replacement of the fractionator of delayed coking equipment in a certain oil refinery plant as an example,this article introduces the project outline,analyzes the difficulties of the project,illustrates the construction plan,organization and construction procedures of dismantling original tower,reforming concrete base,installing new tower and its accessory structures. Finally,it analyzes the implementation procedures of the construction plan,and offers corresponding improvement measures.
