摘要
介绍了工业废渣拜耳法赤泥的基本性质以及经改性处理后作为路基填料的工程与环保特性,结合工程应用,阐述了改性拜耳法赤泥路基填筑施工的工艺控制要点。对成型路基进行静态回弹模量、动态变形模量及弯沉测试,分析各指标之间的相关关系,为拜耳法赤泥路基施工的质量控制与评价提供参考。
It introduces the basic property of red mud in Bayer process for industrial solid waste and its engineering and environmental protection properties as the subgrade filling upon modified treatment. Combining with the engineering application,this paper illustrates the process control points for subgrade filling construction of red mud in modified Bayer process,carries out static rebound modulus,dynamic deformation modulus and deflection test on the formed subgrade and analyzes the relationship among the indicators,providing references for the quality control and evaluation for the red mud subgrade construction in Bayer process.
