摘要
针对某乙烯装置的丙烯精馏塔系统搭建了PROⅡ模拟计算模型,分别研究了进料位置、进料组成、不同塔压、回流比等参数对该塔系的影响。对塔系统在进料组成变化且负荷提高的工况进行了计算评价及适应性分析。以流程模拟结果为指导,通过合理优化操作参数,在保证塔顶丙烯产品质量和塔釜丙烯损失的前提下,对稳定操作与减低能耗给出了建议。
A PRO II model was built for the system of propylene distillation column in an ethylene plant, and thermodynamic equation was used to simulate the system. Thorough research was made into the system for different situations,including the impacts of feeding position,feed composition,different tower pressures,reflux ratios and other parameters on the system, and the adaptability of ethylene plant at increased load was analyzed. The process simulation results was used as the guidance,through the rational optimization of operating parameters, some suggestions were put forward for achieving operation stability and reducing energy consumption while ensuring the quality of propylene products and propylene loss.
