摘要
应用流程模拟技术,建立乙烯装置全流程模型,模拟实际生产情况。利用碳二、碳三加氢反应过程优化技术,调整反应器入口温度和氢炔比等操作条件,提高反应过程的加氢选择性和转化率。使用蒸汽管网用能与优化配置技术,合理选择输送管道的管径和保温,优化设备进出口的蒸汽温度控制要求,降低蒸汽系统能量消耗。
Process simulation technology is used to build a whole process flow model for ethylene plant to simulate its actual operation. C2 and C3 hydrogenation reaction optimization technology is used to adjust the operating conditions such as the inlet temperature of reactor and the ratio of hydrogen to acetylene to improve the hydrogenation selectivity and conversion rate of reaction. The energy use and optimum allocation technology for steam network is used to reasonably select the pipe size and insulation,optimize the control requirements for steam temperature at the inlet and outlet of equipment, and reduce the energy consumption of steam system.
