摘要
对某企业裂解炉运行中存在的问题进行分析,采用CBL技术实施改造。通过优化炉管构型,既达到扩能的要求又延长了裂解炉运行周期,同时针对对流段进行改造,实现在界区压力不变的情况下达到节能降耗的目的。改造后的裂解炉运行结果表明:轻石脑油原料进料量比改造前实际工况提高约21%,运行周期提高近1倍,裂解炉热效率提升2.4%。
The existing problems in the operation of cracking furnaces of an enterprise were analyzed,and CBL technology was used to revamp the cracking furnaces. The furnace tube configuration was optimized to meet the expansion demand and prolong the run length of furnace,and the convection section was revamped to save energy and reduce consumption while maintaining the boundary pressure. The operation results of cracking furnace show that after modification,the feed rate of light naphtha is 21%higher than the actual operation before modification,the run length of cracking furnace is almost doubled,and the thermal efficiency of cracking furnace is increased by 2. 4%.
