摘要
介绍了燃烧过程中氮氧化物的生成机理及目前有效降低烟气氮氧化物生成量的技术方法。对天津200 kt/a乙烯装置1号裂解炉低氮燃烧器的改造及调整过程进行了总结。通过对裂解炉低氮燃烧器改造后的调整及优化,总结出有效降低CBL炉型裂解炉氮氧化物排放的经验。针对调整过程中出现的问题,分析了影响裂解炉低氮燃烧系统运行的多种因素,指出当前裂解炉低氮燃烧系统存在的不足。
This paper introduces the generation mechanism of nitrogen oxides during combustion and the technology for effectively reducing nitrogen oxide generation in flue gas,and summarizes the modification and adjustment of low nitrogen burner in the No. 1 cracking furnace of the 200 kt/a Ethylene Plant in Tianjin.Through the adjustment and optimization of low nitrogen burner in CBL furnace,experiences are summarized to effectively reduce the nitrogen oxide emissions from CBL furnace. To solve the problems emerged during operation adjustment,various factors affecting the operation of low nitrogen combustion system in cracking furnace are analyzed,and the shortcomings of low nitrogen combustion system in cracking furnace are pointed out.
