结合独山子石化的20种原料的评价性能,阐述独山子石化公司乙烯厂1号乙烯装置为适应裂解加工原料多样化、轻质化加工工况的需求,对裂解炉和碱洗塔等进行了适应性改造,实现了装置的平稳运行和经济效益最大化。
Combined with the performance evaluation of 20 kinds of cracking raw materials, Petro China Dushanzi Petrochemical Company carried out adaptive modification to the cracking furnace and caustic wash tower in the No. 1 ethylene plant to adapt to the needs of processing diversified and light cracking raw materials,and achieved the stable operation and maximum economic benefit of the ethylene plant.
