摘要
某石化公司乙烯装置裂解气压缩机组,在6个月内出现转速波动10次,后期严重时1天波动2次,严重影响了机组的平稳运行,对装置的安全生产造成了很大的威胁。对工艺、设备仪表等各方面进行排除法分析,最终确定是电液转换器老化故障,并择机进行了更换。
The speed of cracking gas compressors in the ethylene plant at a petrochemical company fluctuated 10 times within 6 months,even twice per day during later stage,seriously affecting the stable operation of compressors and posing a great threat to the production safety of ethylene plant. Exclusive method was used to analyze the processes,equipment and instruments,and the aging failure of electro-hydraulic converter was the reason for speed fluctuation. The electro-hydraulic converter was replaced at an appropriate time.
