摘要 本试验旨在研究乳酸菌和酵母菌复合制剂(LS)及其与维吉尼亚霉素(VM)联合使用对肉仔鸡血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和免疫功能的影响。选取400只1日龄的健康爱拔益加肉仔鸡公雏,据体重相近原则分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加30 mg/kg VM(VM组)、15 mg/kg VM+0.1%LS(VM+LS组)、0.1%LS(LS组)的试验饲粮。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,VM+LS组和LS组42日龄血清总蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05)。2)21日龄时,与对照组相比,VM组、VM+LS组和LS组血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);VM+LS组和LS组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。42日龄时,与对照组相比,VM+LS组和LS组血清总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)21和42日龄肉仔鸡的免疫器官指数各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),但在数值上VM+LS组和LS组均高于对照组和VM组。LS组21日龄肉仔鸡的血清免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);LS组42日龄肉仔鸡的血清Ig G、Ig A和免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);VM+LS组42日龄肉仔鸡的血清Ig G含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮单独添加0.1%的LS及其与15 mg/kg的VM联合使用均可提高肉仔鸡的抗氧化能力和免疫功能,且以单独添加0.1%的LS效果更明显。 This experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus and Saccharomycetes compound preparation (LS) and its combination with virginiamycin (VM) on serum biochemical indexes, antioxidant capacity and immune function of broilers. A total of 400 one-day-old Arbor Acres (AA) male broilers were randomly allotted into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 20 broilers in each replicate. Broilers in control group were fed a basal diet, and the others in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 30 mg/kg VM (VM group), 15 mg/kg VM+0.1% LS (VM+LS group) and 0.1% LS (LS group), respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group, there was a significant increase in serum total protein content in VM+LS and LS groups at the 42 days of age ( P 〈 0.05 ). 2) Compared with the control group, the content of serum malonaldehyde (MDA) in VM, VM+LS and LS groups at 21 days of age was significantly decreased ( P 〈0.05), while the activity of serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in VM+LS and LS groups at 21 days of age was significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, there was a significant increase in the activities of serum total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and GSH-Px in VM+LS and LS groups at 42 days of age ( P 〈0.05), while a significant reduction in serum MDA content ( P 〈0.05). 3) At 21 and 42 days of age, no significant differences in immune organ indexes of broilers among all groups ( P 〉0.05), but the numerical value of those indexes in VM+LS and LS groups were higher than control group and VM group. Compared with the control group, the contents of serum immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin A (IgA) in LS group at 21 days of age were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05). Serum IgG, IgA and immunoglobulin M (IgM) contents in LS group at 42 days of age were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈0.05). Serum IgG content in VM+LS group at 42 days of age was significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈0.05). These results indicate that diet supplemented with 0.1% LS alone or in combination with VM both can improve the antioxidant capacity and immune function of broilers, and the effect of 0.1% LS alone is better.
