College students＇ financial aid work guided by people-oriented concept should be based on the overall development of needy students.Financial aid managers must strive to improve their service attitude to needy students by showing more concern for them.The efficiency and effectiveness of financial aid work should be enhanced by regulating aiding system,fund management and information management of needy students and refining aiding procedures.Co-efforts should be made to achieve the overall development of needy students by raising social capital as well as providing spiritual support and psychological assistance.
