Influence of AEO System on Bonded Logistics Enterprises and Countermeasures for Improvement

分析了AEO制度的演进、作用及对保税物流发展的影响和内在要求,指出保税物流企业对AEO认证认识不够、离认证标准差距明显、认证体系不够完善、保税物流企业与海关沟通欠佳等问题,并提出加大宣传、完善认证体系、加强保税物流自身建设、建立和加强保税物流企业与海关的交流沟通机制等措施,旨在帮助保税物流企业通过AEO认证,提升国际化水平和竞争力。

In this paper, we analyzed the evolution and role of the AEO system, its intrinsic requirement and impact on the development of the bonded logistics industry. Then we pointed out the problems currently with the bonded logistics enterprises such as lack of sufficient understanding of the AEO certification, significant lag behind the certification standard, the less-than perfect certification system, and the poor communication between the bonded logistics companies and the customs. Next, in response to these problems, we proposed a series of measures such as increasing publicity, improving the certification system, continuing the in-house improvement of the bonded logistics enterprises, and establishing and strengthening the exchange and communication mechanism between the enterprises and the customs, so as to help the enterprises pass the AEO certification and improve their level of internationalization and competitivity.
