Study on Theater Ground Force Materials Distribution and Support Network Mode under the New System

阐述了新体制下战区陆军物资配送保障与配送保障网络的基本概念,分析了平时和战时的战区陆军物资保障需求,提出了四种适合新体制下战区陆军部队的配送保障模式:自主配送保障模式、直达配送保障模式、军地联合配送保障模式和共同配送保障模式;以战区陆军物资保障需求为牵引、配送保障模式为基础,构建并研究了三种适合战区陆军部队的物资配送保障网络结构模式:采用送奶路线(Milk Run)的直送网络结构模式、多物流枢纽节点的LD-CED网络结构模式和通过两级配送中心中转的网络结构模式。

In this paper, we explained the basic concept of the theater zone ground force materials distribution and support network under the new system, analyzed its requirements both in peace time and war time and proposed four distribution and support modes suitable for the theater ground force under the new system, namely the autonomous mode, direct delivery mode, military-local joint delivery mode, and joint delivery mode. Then driven by demand for materials support and based on the distribution and support mode, we built and studied three materials distribution and support network structures suitable for theater ground force, which were the milk-run direct delivery network, the LD-CED network structure with multiple logistic hubs, and the network structure centered around a two-level distribution center.
