摘要
旨在研究制造业的物流缓存区的布局优化问题,在满足物流缓存区的作业和布局要求的前提下,建立布局优化的数学模型;结合某企业物流缓存区的相关数据,利用遗传算法并运用Matlab编写求解模型的程序,求得布局优化解,得到该企业物流缓存区布局的优化方案;本物流缓存区布局优化思路及方法,对其它制造设施、服务设施的优化布局有重要借鉴价值。
In light of the layout optimization of the logistics buffer zone in a manufacturing workshop and while satisfying the operation and layout requirements of the logistics buffer zone, a mathematical model for the layout optimization is established. Then in combination with the relevant data of a certain company, the genetic algorithm is used with the Matlab to solve the model and obtain the optimization solution for the layout optimization of the logistics buffer zone. The line of thinking and method adopted in this paper can have serious value of reference for the layout optimization of other manufacturing facilities and services.
