乡村振兴视野下的农民工返乡创业问题研究

Study on the Problem of Migrant Workers' Return to Hometown in the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

在乡村振兴战略的推动下,掀起了农民工返乡创业的新高潮。但在其过程中也存在创业环境不佳、信息建设欠缺、社会资本有限、农民工素养较低等问题,严重阻碍了农民工返乡创业的积极性及其创业项目的顺利进展。对此,本文基于乡村振兴视野,针对当前农民工返乡创业中的相关问题,分别从优化创业环境、完善基础建设、拓展社会资本、加强创业培训等方面,提出了推动农民工返乡创业的有效路径,旨在能够切实帮助广大农民工创业者,为他们提供有利的政策引导及科学指导,推进乡村地区的发展与建设。

Based on the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper proposes effective ways to promote migrant workers to return home from the aspects of optimizing the entrepreneurial environment,improving infrastructure,expanding social capital,and strengthening entrepreneurship training in response to the related problems in the current migrant workers＇ entrepreneurship in returning home.The path aims to effectively help the majority of migrant workers entrepreneurs,provide them with favorable policy guidance and scientific guidance,and promote the development and construction of rural areas.
