摘要
文章基于五行学说的生克关系,分析高校班级管理五要素,指出班级五要素之间的生克制化的关系。通过五行生克理论,使班级管理工作达到一种连续和循环的动态过程,最终达到建设和谐班级管理,实现高职院校德育、智育齐头并进发展,培养高素质技能性人才的培养目标。
This thesis,based on the mutual generation and restriction rules of five phases theory,makes an analysis of five elements in class management,and points out the mutual generation and restriction rules among five elements in class.From the perspective of mutual generation and restriction rules of five phases,the class management work comes to a consistent and dynamic circulation which helps to educate students morally and intellectually,and train them to be a highly skilled one with high moral standard.
