近年来学者开展了对犬儒主义问题的研究,犬儒主义被看成是一种消极嘲讽的态度,特别表现为对人类动机和行为的普遍不信任。犬儒主义是对外界的消极怀疑的态度,表现为负面的信念、消极怀疑的情感和反生产行为,是个人性格特征和组织环境共同影响的结果。在探索犬儒主义的哲学学起源、内涵、和研究现状的基础上提出了未来对于犬儒主义研究的相关展望。

in recent years,scholars have studied the problem of cynicism,cynicism is regarded as a passive attitude of cynicism,especially for the general distrust of human motivation and behavior.Cynicism is a negative attitude to the outside world,which displays negative beliefs,negative feelings of doubt and anti production behavior.It is the result of the joint influence of personal character and organizational environment.On the basis of exploring the philosophy origin,connotation and research status of cynicism,this paper puts forward the related prospect of cynicism research in the future.
