the National city alliance is the most senior and large-scale national organization representing the city government of the United States.Its purpose is to strengthen and promote the city as the core function of opportunity,leadership and governance.NLC plays a major role in promoting the development of cities in the United States,affecting federal policies,solving urban problems,and strengthening local leadership skills.This paper discusses the purpose and strategic plan of the NLC,its influence on federal policies,guidance for cities to solve internal problems,efforts to promote further urban development,and the strengthening of local leadership skills.Discusses the efforts of the alliance to make the city make full use of network resources.
