Moral cultivation:A required course for teacher development

当前虽然师德建设问题逐渐被更多人关注,但关于师德理论的研究还不成熟。为顺应社会发展,提升教师师德,既是一个理论命题,也是一个实践命题,对于促进教师成长,全面提高教师思想政治觉悟,发现职业之美,具有重要的现实意义。文章以敬业、乐业、为人师表、师爱、教育创新为基本主题,将教师职业伦理与教师生活中的教育实践问题进行融合,以此探究师德修养建设问题。

At present,although more and more people pay attention to the construction of teachers＇ ethics,the research on the theory of ethics is not mature.To comply with the social development,enhance the professional ethics of teachers,is not only a theoretical proposition,but also a practical proposition for the promotion of the development of teachers,improve teachers＇ Ideological and political consciousness,found that the occupation of the United States,has important practical significance.The dedication and love,education,teaching,innovation as the basic theme,the education of teachers and teachers＇ occupation ethics in life are fused to explore ethics construction.
