欧洲足球发达国家训练理念对我国足球训练的启示

体育竞技更多的讲究就是战略战术,而要训练出一支训练有素的团队则需要借助科学的训练手段以及超前的训练理念。俗话说:"拳不离手曲不离口"训练的技术理念影响着训练的行为,直接反作用于团队综合作战水平和能力。我国是一个体育强国,然而中国的足球技术水平却是一块伤疤。我国足球水平与欧洲发达国家足球水平存在巨大的差距,产生这种差距的原因是多方面的。本文从训练的角度入手研究欧洲足球发达国家训练理念对我国足球训练的启示,以期对我国足球训练技术水平提升提供理论借鉴。

sport is more pay attention to strategy and tactics,and to train a team of well-trained team will need to use scientific means of training and advanced training concept.As the saying goes：／ ＂boxing hand mouth a piece／＂ training of technology philosophy affects the behavior of the training,direct reaction in the team comprehensive operational level and ability.Is a sports power in our country,football technical level of the Chinese,however,is a scar.Our country football and European football developed countries there is a huge gap,there are many causes of the gap.In this paper,from the Angle of training study European football training idea enlightenment to our country football training in the developed countries,in order to provide theory of technological level of football training in China.
