试析企业参与职业教育的主要障碍及对策

Analysis of the main obstacles and Countermeasures of enterprises participating in Vocational Education

校企联合教学模式,是我国职业教育中所采用的重要的教学方法。通过让学生接受学校和企业两方面的教学,可以有效的促进学生理论与实践的全面发展,提升学生的工作水平,并将学生培养成为符合企业需求的高素质复合型人才。本文首先探讨了我国职业教育体系中,校企合作模式的发展现状,并根据发展现状阐述了暴露出的问题,从而提出了企业发挥出其培训作用的方式,达到了提升企业参与职业教育水平的核心目的。

This paper discusses our country occupation education system,the status quo of the development of school enterprise cooperation mode,and according to the present situation elaborated the problems exposed,which made the enterprises play the role of training,improve the level of enterprises to participate in the occupation education of nuclear heart.
